Scotch-Brite™ Surface Conditioning Roll, SC-RL, A/O Medium, 7 in x 30 ft

Scotch-Brite™ Surface Conditioning Roll has all the benefits operators expect from Scotch-Brite™ products, including nonwoven abrasive technology and a consistent cut. It is available in aluminum oxide or silicon carbide mineral, as well as a range of grade from super fine (SFN) to coarse (CRS). Super fine grades will cut less aggressively and produce a finer finish whereas coarse grades will cut more aggressively and produce a coarser finish. Scotch-Brite™ Surface Conditioning Roll comes in a variety of grades and minerals so operators may find the product best suited to their specific project needs.

Nonwoven technology makes Scotch-Brite™ abrasives unique. Abrasive mineral is interspersed on synthetic fibers using resin – creating an open web construction. Spaces between the fibers permit excess material to escape, so the mineral does not get worn down by debris. It keeps the mineral cutting sharper longer, enhancing cut performance and increasing abrasive service life. The spring-like nature of the fibers works well on contours and responds to subtleties on the surface. Its responsive design effectively removes unwanted burrs, soils and contaminants without ruining the base material, so you get a consistent and uniform finish – part after part.
