You must obtain authorization from M-Source before returning any product.

Will Receive product within 7 to 8 days of placing your order.

Custom-made, specialty cuts, or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

Standard items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in good condition, and still in the original packaging.

If you receive a damaged item, contact M-Source Customer Support within 5 days of delivery.

Refunds

Upon receiving a return, the item is inspected.

If approved, a refund (credit) is issued to your original payment method.

If not approved, the company will contact you to discuss further.

Cancellations

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returns.
