The Scotch-Brite™ Production Clean and Finish Roll is designed to help you achieve a professional finish on solid surfaces, painted panels, and other materials. It features Very Fine grade aluminum oxide mineral on a non-woven 3D web of fibers to produce excellent finishing results. Cut the roll to a custom size for hand sanding tricky areas or for use on an oscillating machine.

This open-web roll delivers all the great benefits you expect from Scotch-Brite products—it conforms to uneven surfaces and leaves an incredibly consistent finish without undercutting the workpiece—but is engineered with increased stiffness to provide added durability for heavy-duty applications. Compared to the standard Scotch-Brite™ Clean and Finish Roll, this roll is denser and more resistant to tearing. Choose this roll for medium-pressure cleaning, scratch blending, and creating satin finishes on aluminum, stainless steel and other metals. It is also suitable for use on plastics, wood and fiberglass.

Aluminum oxide is a popular choice among industrial professionals because of its fast cut-rate and long life. This mineral makes a tough, durable abrasive that self-fractures to expose fresh cutting edges, whereas traditional natural abrasives dull more quickly. Due to its fast cut-rate, hardness, and strength, it is widely used in grinding applications in addition to sanding and finishing applications.
