Use 3M™ Vitrified Grinding Wheels - 33VA for conventional precision grinding operations like outer diameter plunge and bevel grinding. Featuring standard white aluminium oxide grains, our vitrified bonded grinding wheels provide medium friability and wear resistance making them an ideal solution for precision grinding. They’re ideal for small number manufacturing, or when grinding different work parts on the same machine, without adapting the grinding wheel to specific applications. For use with non-alloyed or low alloyed non-hardened steels, or alloyed steels, hardened till 60-63 HRc, they can also be used with cast iron, or stainless steel materials.
