3M™ VHB™ Tape RP+060GP is a double-sided tape comprised of a multi-purpose acrylic adhesive with paper liner. With a conformable foam core, it has a total thickness of 25 mil (0.6 mm) when applied. This tape offers an excellent balance of strength, viscoelasticity, conformability, and adhesion to high and medium surface energy metals and plastics. It is compatible with various materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, composites, plastics, acrylic, polycarbonate, and ABS. The pressure-sensitive adhesive technology ensures water resistance and tight sealing for long-term durability. It can withstand temperatures up to 450 °F (230 °C) for short-term use (up to four hours) and up to 250 °F (121 °C) for long-term use.
