The 3M Versaflo Powered Air Purifying Respirator TR-600-ECK is a compact, lightweight, easy-to-use PAPR for protection against certain particulates, vapors and gases. It includes everything required to get started. The kit includes S-433 Hood Assembly, TR-614 PAPR Assembly (includes TR-602N motor/blower, TR-630 Standard Lithium-ion Battery, BT-30 Length Adjusting Breathing Tube, TR-627 Easy Clean Belt and TR-971 Airflow Indicator), TR-6710N (HE) Filter for particulates and TR-6700FC filter cover, TR-641 Single Station Battery Charger, and BT-922 disposable breathing tube cover. Warning: Respirators help protect against certain airborne contaminants. Before use, the wearer must read and understand the User Instructions provided as a part of the product packaging. Follow all local regulations. In the U.S., a written respiratory protection program must be implemented meeting all the requirements of OSHA 29 CFR 1910. 134 including training, fit testing and medical evaluation. 1. KIT INCLUDES: Complete PAPR system including disposable hood, breathing tube and cover, high efficiency filter and cover, battery and charger, TR-602N PAPR unit, easy clean belt, prefilter, spark arrestor, and airflow indicator.
2. QUICK AND EASILY CLEANED: Maintenance free disposable hood with integrated suspension and TR-602N PAPR unit with smooth surface. Use of the TR-653 Cleaning and Storage Kit allows the blower unit and battery to be submerged in water for cleaning.
3. EASY TO USE: User-friendly design with intuitive, colored interactive touch points; breathing tubes featuring 3M Quick Release Swivel (QRS) connection; and PAPR unit to make it ready to use, directly out of the box.
4. COMFORTABLE, ROBUST AND LIGHTWEIGHT: TR-600 Series PAPR offers multiple airflow rate options, an ergonomic design to fit close to the body, and a belt with flexible air channels.
5. DISPOSABLE HOOD: Features head, face, neck and shoulder coverage with integrated suspension; a visor with wide field of view; and wide face seals with soft elastic for improved comfort.
6. UP TO 12 HOURS RUN TIME: Battery can last up to 12 hours (certain environments and use), delivering more run time, less charging time, and reduced downtime.
7. LED STATUS LIGHTS for battery charge and has a low-charge alarm (vibratory, audible, and visual).
