3M™ VentureClad™ Insulation Jacketing System 1577CW-WME is used for cladding and jacketing applications and creates a vapor barrier for HVAC, ductwork, vessels and pipes.

This conformable tape is able to conform to a curved or irregular surface. It offers zero permeability, installs without special tools and is highly puncture and tear resistant - ideal for any indoor or outdoor task.

This laminate tape can withstand temperatures as cold as -40 °F/-40 °C and as hot as 248 °F/120 °C. It’s suitable for use on materials like fiberglass, polystyrene and conformable aerogel.

It protects insulation against mold, UV, weather, oil and grease, chemicals, impact and mechanical abuse, corrosion under insulation (CUI).

This tape qualifies for compliance credit for LEED® v4 and is UL723 classified.
