Simply align the connections and push until you hear a click and feel confident that filters are installed properly. Two dual-flow cartridges on each respirator combine to create four airflow paths in the world’s first quad-flow cartridge system, providing great breathability and comfort. These cartridges are compatible with the 3M™ Secure Click Resuable Repsirators HF-800 Series and FF-800 Series. Easy breathing: 3M™ Secure Click™ Gas & Vapor Cartridges are designed to balance breathability and long service life. Gas and vapor cartridges use carbon particles to adsorb contaminants, filtering the air that you breathe. 3M has designed the cartridges to be easy to breathe through and long lasting by optimizing the layers and depth of the carbon bed, geometry of the cartridge body, and carbon particle size. 3M™ Secure Click™ Gas & Vapor Cartridges provide protection against a wide range of gases and vapors. Designed for use in multiple industrial applications. 3M™ Secure Click™ Gas & Vapor Cartridges are NIOSH-approved and help provide respiratory protection from certain gas or vapor concentrations up to 10 times the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces and up to 50 times the OSHA PEL with quantitatively fit tested full facepieces. Change 3M™ Secure Click™ Gas & Vapor Cartridges in accordance with your well-documented change-out schedule or earlier if smell, taste or irritation from contaminants is detected.
