Helping to promote impact-resistant bonds it is compatible with the 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Acrylic Adhesives in the 8600, 8700, and 8900 Series. Providing fast-strength build-up when combined in a 10:1 B/A mix ratio, it quickly produces the shear, and peel performance for demanding applications requiring rapid results, while allowing optimal results on unprepared surfaces. 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Acrylic Adhesive Accelerator A3-2 is a thick, non-sag formula that helps control product placement to give an accurate and reliable application. This high-performance accelerator speeds up curing and provides handling strength in 1-2 hours, depending on the product being used, and works on various substrates, including metals and most plastics.
