The 3M™ CBN Wheel 154HK line uses a hybrid bond system which offers increased thermal stability compared to the phenolic or polyimide bond systems. This allows 154HK to grind at higher cut rates and maintain form under higher temperature grinding conditions where phenolic and polyimide bond systems undergo thermal and chemical deterioration.
