3M™ Platinum™ Select Filler 31131 is a premium filler that greatly reduces pinholes and reduces primer usage. It delivers extreme adhesion to galvanized steel, aluminum, E-coat, sheet molding compound (SMC), fiber reinforced polymer (FRP), and more. This high-performing, lightweight body filler is perfect for repairing small dents, dings, gouges and other cosmetic imperfections.
This stain-free and tack-free filler is ideal for nearly all base coat, clear coat, and waterborne paint systems and features a super-creamy formula that mixes and spreads easily and creates an exceptionally fine surface that reduces primer usage up to 30 percent, saving both time and money.
The advanced formula includes resins which allow it to adhere to cured 2K epoxy and urethane primers to reduce the chance of corrosion. It is also available in 276 mL cartridges to use with the 3M™ Dynamic Mixing System.
