The PELTOR X-Series earmuffs are 3M’s latest advancement in hearing conservation. New technologies in comfort, design and protection all come together in this groundbreaking earmuff line. The X2P3E is a lightweight, lower-profile earmuff designed to be attached to a hard hat and provide protection against low-to-moderate level industrial noise. The X2P3E utilizes a newly designed spacer, specially formulated foam liners and innovative ear cushions to help improve attenuation. When correctly selected and worn, these products help reduce exposure to hazardous levels of noise. The 3M PELTOR X Series earmuffs are ideal for protection against noise arising from a wide range of applications in the workplace. Examples of typical applications include: metal processing, automotive, airports, construction, textile manufacturing, chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing, cement manufacturing, printing, woodworking, heavy engineering, foundry, steelworks, and mining and quarrying.
