Seal and protect hem flange and door skin repairs with 3M™ OEM Match Wing Nozzles for one-part and two-part seam urethane, MSP, and epoxy seam sealers. Designed to help technicians match the size, shape, positioning, and texture of robotically-applied OEM seam sealers. The tapered nozzle can be trimmed to a range of widths to match a bead’s size. The wing helps position the bead on the panel and can be used as a guide helping the technician apply sealant in a smooth line. Available in two styles, to fit a wide variety of 1-part (1K) and 2-part (2K) seam sealers. The 1K version threads directly onto 3M aluminum cartridges while the 2K option friction fits to square-tube applicator and mixing nozzles. OEMs often require the technician to replicate the original look and appearance of factory-applied seam sealer. Replicating the robotically applied seam sealer can be challenging and time-consuming.
