Match the factory appearance of textured coatings using the 3M™ OEM Match Air Supply Kit. The kit is used with an air-powered applicator to spray coatings on interior and exterior body areas including frame rails, rear body panel, strut tower, apron, rocker panels, doors, quarter panels, box sides, floor panels, and roof panels. Designed to be used with 1K or 2K 3M™ OEM Match Sprayable seam sealer tips. The 3M™ OEM Match Air Supply Kit attaches to the applicator’s air hose. The control knob allows the technician to precisely adjust the airflow and texture of the material that you spray. Works with 3M mixing nozzles and 3M™ Flex Pack Nozzles on one-part and two-part seam sealers.
- Use the 3M™ OEM Match Air Supply Kit to spray seam sealers using standard pneumatic applicators and 3M™ OEM Match Sprayable Tips.
- Helps technicians replicate the appearance of OEM seam sealers that were robotically applied at the factory.
- Atomizing tip fits neatly onto 3M™ Mixing Nozzles and 3M™ Flex Pack Nozzles. “Shark bite” grip helps keep the hose attached.
- The kit’s adjustment knob controls airflow and texture of sprayed material.
- The hose and valve attach easily to airline using a standard air quick connect.
- Kit includes reusable atomizing tips, hose, and quick-connect air coupling.
