3M Glass Cloth Electrical Tape 69 is a white, 7-mil thick, premium grade, edge tear-resistant, glass cloth electrical tape. This printable tape has a non corrosive, high temperature, thermosetting, pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive, and offers solvent resistant protection. It is can be used as a coil cover, for anchor, banding, as a core layer and as a crossover insulator. The flame retardant tape is suitable for 600V rated, dry location application motors and transformers.
- Thermosetting, silicone adhesive provides an effective bond at high temperatures
- Flame retardant glass cloth backing optimally resists shrinking and burning
- Suitable as a solvent-resistant coil cover, anchor, banding, core, layer and crossover insulation
- Printable white tape provides high mechanical strength and excellent performance in high temps
