3M™ General Purpose Cut-Off Wheel 01988 is a reinforced, resin-bonded wheel designed for use with utility-type cut-off tools. The cut-off wheel provides a fast cut on a variety of materials like auto body or sheet metal, frame rails, stainless steel tubing, exhaust pipes, clamps, and rusted bolts.
Easily attaches to a 3-inch 3M™ Cut-Off Wheel Tool 33579 or other cut-off tools with a 3/8-inch arbor. Always use with a wheel guard.
The long life means you'll get more work done per wheel and spend less downtime changing them.
Follow Safety Precautions: Do not use wheels with tools that operate in excess of 25,000 RPM. Always use safety guard and the appropriate personal protective equipment.
