3M™ Filter/Adapter/Retainer Kit 6N01, N95, 1 Kit/Case

The 3M™ Particulate Filter 5N11, N95 helps provide respiratory protection in environments containing certain non-oil based particles. When properly fitted, use with appropriate cartridges or adapters for various applications for industrial and healthcare settings. Industrial applications include spray painting, petrochemical and chemical manufacturing, and pesticide spraying for concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces, or 50 times PEL with quantitatively fit tested full facepieces. Healthcare applications may include, but not limited to, protection from bioaerosols and airborne particulates. The filter helps protect against: 1) solids such as those from processing minerals, coal, iron ore, cotton, flour, and certain other substances; 2) liquids or non-oil based particles from sprays that do not emit harmful vapors; 3) metal fumes produced from welding, brazing, cutting, and other operations involving heating of metals; and 4) bioaerosols and airborne particulates. The filter is NIOSH (U.S. National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) approved for environments containing certain non-oil based particles. This filter has been rated N95, which means filtration efficiency of at least 95%, but is not resistant to oil. The 3M™ Filter Adapter 603 enables the 3M™ Particulate Filter 5N11 or 3M™ Particulate Filter 5P71 (N95 and P95, respectively) prefilters to be directly attached to all bayonet style 3M™ Half or Full Facepiece Respirators. 3M™ 501 Filter Retainer holds 3M™ Particulate Filters 5N11 or 5P71/07194 (AAD) in place on top of 3M™ 6000 Cartridge Series or 3M™ 603 Filter Adapter. Both the 3M™ Filter Adapter 603 and 3M™ Filter Retainer 501 may be used multiple times and wiped down.

• Kit includes 10 pairs (20 eaches) 3M™ 501 Filter Retainers (enough for up to 10 individual users), may be reused multiple times and wiped down
• Kit includes 10 pairs (20 eaches) 3M™ 603 Filter Adapters (enough for up to 10 individual users), may be reused multiple times and wiped down
• Use 3M™ Particulate Filter 5N11 with 3M™ 603 Filter Adapter and 3M™ 501 Filter Retainer
• 3M™ 603 Filter Adapter and 3M™501 Filter Retainer may also be used with 3M™ 5P71 prefilter
• 3M™ 603 Filter Adapters has a bayonet attachment and may be used with 3M™ 6000, 7000 and FF-400 series reusable respirator facepieces or 3M™ Scott™ AV-3000 HT and AV-3000 SureSeal faecpieces with the 3M™ Scott™ AV-632 Bayonet Adapter
