Light, Smooth, Waterproof Featuring waterproof material which 3M invented for automotive sanding, 3M™ Wetordry™ Paper Roll 213Q is excellent for wet sanding and for dry applications. A-weight paper is conformable and lighter in weight than cloth to give the technician a better “feel” during hand or power sanding, excellent for applications such as finishing and paint prep.

3M™ Wetordry™ Paper Roll 213Q also features resin bonding which resists heat and helps prevent loading. It can be easily cut to fit tools and converted into other forms.

About Wetordry™

3M™ Wetordry™ products are backed with a durable waterproof paper backing that supports wet and dry applications. Lighter weight than cloth and smooth rather than textured, the paper backing is preferable for lighter applications such as finishing and paint prep. At the same time, many such applications produce a significant amount of dust, clogging the abrasive points and creating an inferior work environment. These effects can be minimized by sanding with water to rinse dust away.
