For fast, fine, consistent finishes, our 3M™ Trizact™ Cloth Roll 305EA is a go-to product. 3M's microreplicated Trizact abrasive grain is engineered to start sharp and stay sharp longer, delivering more consistent performance and less variation than conventional abrasives throughout its life. This cloth roll was developed to address final finish and pre-polish applications where fine, precise finishes are needed. Its efficient, quick cutting action can reduce downstream polishing time by eliminating steps and reducing rejects, leading to greater productivity and lower grinding cost per part.

Premium aluminum oxide is tough and durable, effective for precision grinding of steels and hard alloys. A very flexible JE-weight rayon cloth backing conforms to complex profiles and contours. It is available in two ultra-fine grades, A5 and A3.

In an economical and efficient roll form, 305EA can be cut or torn to exact lengths as needed for fast and easy sanding of various surfaces.

The Science of Smooth

Derived from patented 3M microreplication technology, Trizact abrasives consist of very small, precisely-shaped, three-dimensional structures distributed uniformly over the abrasive backing.
