3M™ Stikit™ sheet rolls come ready to use and easy to customize with a pressure sensitive adhesive coating – simply tear the sheet to the desired size, press it onto the hand file or block and you're ready to go. This helps eliminate unused portions, and the sheets attach to blocks without fold-over. They remove just as cleanly, leaving an uncontaminated surface for the next sheet. For best results, we recommend use with the 3M™ Stikit™ Double Sheet Roll Dispenser 05452.

With its open coat construction and aluminum oxide mineral abrasive, our 3M™ Stikit™ Gold Sheet Roll 236U provides a sharp cut – more aggressive than a comparable closed coat abrasive of the same grade. Durable C-weight paper backing and a range of medium-coarse to coarse grits make this sheet roll ideal for filler and putty sanding. Continuous lengths of the Stikit™ Gold Sheet Roll 236U work with all collision repair substrates including bare metal, e-coat, clear coat, fiberglass, paint, primer and plastic.

Open coat construction means the abrasive grains on our 3M™ Stikit™ Gold Sheet Roll 236U are placed with space between them to help evacuate sanding dust and other debris to avoid clogging the cutting edge of the grains. The anti-loading coating allows the sheet to continue cutting even when sanding materials that would otherwise clog the sheet. All of this adds up to increased productivity and reduced material consumption.
