3M™ Stikit™ disc rolls are multiple adhesive-backed abrasive discs rolled onto a core. This makes them easy to tear off one at a time for speed and efficiency, and there's no need for liners which saves on material costs. These ready-to-use Stikit™ discs feature a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backs – simply press the disc onto the backup pad and you're ready to go. They remove just as cleanly, leaving an uncontaminated surface for the next disc. We recommend using Stikit™ discs with 3M™ Stikit™ Disc Pads. For best results, we recommend use with the 3M™ Stikit™ Disc Roll Dispenser 05450.

With its open coat construction and aluminum oxide mineral abrasive, our 3M™ Stikit™ Gold Disc Roll 236U provides a sharp cut – more aggressive than a comparable closed coat abrasive of the same grade. Durable C-weight paper backing makes the disc ideal for more aggressive jobs such as paint stripping around damaged areas and shaping filler. The Stikit™ Gold Disc Roll 236U is available in a range of sizes, and works with all collision repair substrates including bare metal, e-coat, clear coat, fiberglass, paint, primer and plastic.

Open coat construction means the abrasive grains on our 3M™ Stikit™ Gold Disc Roll 236U are placed with space between them to help clear sanding dust and other debris which avoids clogging the cutting edge of the grains. The The anti-loading coating also allows the disc to continue cutting even when sanding materials that would otherwise clog the disc. All of this adds up to increased productivity and reduced material consumption.

Our 7-hole pattern on select versions of 3M™ Stikit™ Gold Disc Roll 236U also helps clear dust from the surface of the disc, making for longer disc life and a more consistent finish.
