When shop space is at a premium or when there's no need for pneumatic hoses and other equipment to apply two-part adhesives, 3M manual applicators add the speed and portability you need to get the most out of each job. Great for applications such as reinstalling carpet, reinforcing dampening bonds in doors and roof structures, panel bonding, SMC/fiberglass repair and more, these applicators work with 3M cartridges as small as 37.5 mL.
Part of a Complete System from 3MEach applicator includes a replaceable plunger and mixing nozzle and correctly mixes two-part adhesives directly from 1:1 or 2:1 cartridges. The 3M™ Premium Manual Applicator is designed for use with all 3M 200 mL cartridges containing bonding agents requiring a 1:1 mix. Each 3M™ Standard Manual Applicator features heavy duty metal construction and rod-driven operation for balanced dispensing from 200 mL cartridges. It is very versatile, suitable for jobs requiring either 1:1 or 2:1 mix ratios. For larger jobs, 3M offers a Performance Manual Applicator for use with 400 mL cartridges. A smaller version works with either 50 mL or 37.5 mL cartridges.
Cartridges for adhesives and bonding agents include 3M™ Dampening Adhesive, 3M™ Panel Bonding Adhesive, 3M™ Automix™ SMC/Fiberglass Repair Adhesive and 3M™ NVH Dampening Material.
Added Versatility for Greater Capability3M developed 3M™ Standard, Performance and Premium Manual Applicators to help you get the most out of individual orders and other automotive adhesive jobs where being efficient can be the most difficult.
