The flexible, J-weight cloth provides a durable, consistent backing for polishing on and around contoured surfaces. The PSA attachment system holds the adhesive securely in place.
The 3M™ Diamond PSA Cloth Sheet 658WY is available in mesh grades from (fine to coarse) 1800, 1200, 600, 400, 220, 120 to 100 mesh.
Use Wet for Finer Finish and Longer Abrasive LifeAchieve optimum results when you use this diamond abrasive sheet with a coolant. Coolant is a desirable component of diamond polishing, since it efficiently cools both the work and the abrasive. Beyond its coolant properties, the coolant will remove swarf and prolong abrasive life.
Recommended ApplicationsQuickly sand down concrete, granite, stone, glass, ceramics and carbides etc. Polish by hand with water for a better finish and to extend the life of the sheet.
