- EPA-registered to kill C. diff spores in 4 minutes (4306ppm).
- EPA-registered and effective against SARS-CoV-2 (the cause of COVID-19) in 4 minutes at 1076ppm on hard, nonporous surfaces.
- Effective against Norovirus (1 minute dwell time, 2153ppm), Salmonella enterica, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, carbapenan resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Acinetobacter baumannii.
- The 3M™ C. diff Solution Tablets' NaDCC (Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate) chemistry and bleach (Sodium Hypochlorite) are different chemistries. When diluted properly with water, NaDCC doesn’t generate the chemical byproduct Sodium Hydroxide, which is a caustic compound that is a byproduct of bleach. This is one of the delineations between the two chemistries.
- For use in healthcare (acute/long term), education, commercial buildings, and other facilities especially where dispensers aren’t an option.
- Features an NFPA/HMIS rating of 0,0,0 in the diluted use solution.
- pH of 5.5 to 6.5.
- Tablet form is convenient and more cost effective than other ready-to-use options.
- Available in strip pack form (5-year shelf life) and bulk pack form (3-year shelf life). Tablets dissolves fast and completely.
- Highly versatile - use with a cloth, wipe, mop, or coarse trigger sprayer.
