3M™ Accuspray™ Spray Gun System with PPS™ 2.0 is a convenient all-in-one solution for measuring, mixing, filtering and spraying paint materials. The system features the Accuspray™ HVLP Spray Gun, a lightweight composite spray gun body molded in one piece, eliminating the complexity, wear and cleaning of small parts and components. This Accuspray™ gun works with PPS™ 2.0 paint cups and disposable lids, liners and nozzles. PPS™ 2.0 features improvements like a quarter-turn locking collar with each lid, domed lid design for better spray performance and wider lid fluid spout. Each paint cup has convenient printed-on universal mix ratios for accurate mixing and a clear access window for easy visibility. Atomizing heads can be used 5 to 10 times, then removed and replaced, giving you the performance of a new gun on demand and at a fraction of the cost. Unlike conventional aluminum or other metal paint cup systems, with PPS™ you don’t have to mix paint in extra cups and filter it into a paint reservoir, so you waste less paint. And with a fresh lid and liner for each mix, there’s less risk of outside contamination. You can also increase productivity in prep and cleanup time by as much as 50% and use up to 70% less cleaning solvent over conventional paint cup systems. All-inclusive kit includes 1 Accuspray™ spray gun, 5 nozzles (1.2 mm, 1.3 mm, 1.4 mm, 1.8 mm, 2.0 mm), 1 plastic paint cup, 5 disposable lids with locking collar (4 with 200-micron filter, 1 with 125-micron filter), 5 disposable liners and 3 sealing plugs. Air compressor and hose coupler not included.
