Choose from 3-stage or 4-stage replacement turbine assemblies with 110 volt motors to match your spray application setup. These assemblies are designed to easily install into existing housings for turbine models including 23, 230, 240 and 240C. Spray Equipment for Versatile, Reliable Fluid Application The 3M™ Replacement Turbine Assembly works with our 3M™ spray guns, featuring aluminum or composite bodies to deliver a broad range of atomized fluids with low overspray. These spray guns incorporate needle tips, spray nozzles and air caps in a full range of sizes. Just by switching the tip, nozzle or air cap, you can fine-tune the gun to create mirror-smooth finishes or a broad range of “orange peel” and similar textures. These versatile guns also let you adjust spray patterns and fluid volume with a quick turn of the wrist, providing fan sizes as wide as 12” or as narrow as dime with very low overspray. Siphon and gravity feed 3M HVLP spray guns are available in bleed and non-bleed configurations, ideal for use with regulated compressed air or turbine-supplied air.
