Exceptional Performance on Acrylics, Polycarbonates and Polyester As versatile as it is effective, 3M™ All Purpose Sealant Primer P591 works as well on substrates like metal, glass, plastics, wood and concrete as it does on acrylics, polycarbonate and polyester substrates. This primer is a low viscosity adhesion promoter designed for use with the 3M™ 500-Series Polyurethane Adhesives/Sealants and 3M™ Silane Modified Polymer 700-Series Adhesive Sealants, as well as the 3M™ Polyurethane Glass Adhesive Sealant 590 with or without 3M™ Adhesion Promoter AP596. 3M™ All Purpose Sealant Primer P591 prepares surfaces to maximize bonding. Bonding and sealing keeps moisture out and supports structural integrity. For optimum performance, use with 3M™ Adhesive Sealants 550 and 590 on typical substrates like fiberglass, PVC, polycarbonate, aluminum, stainless steel, cold rolled steel and glass.
