Dispenses Up to 3.5 Pounds of Hot Melt Adhesive per Hour Our 3M™ Hot Melt Applicator TC with Quadrack Converter and Palm Trigger uses 120V /150W power to maintain a 385ºF (196ºC) temperature for consistent, reliable dispensing of 5/8" x 8" Q hot melt adhesives. We built this lightweight applicator (only 13.8 oz.) for ease of use, with the palm trigger designed to provide variable flow control. The Quadrack convertor helps keep production processes moving by allowing use of 8" hot melt sticks (in comparison to 3" sticks for non-Quadrack applicators).
