Rapid Setting for Fast Results Rapid-setting, 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Control Joint Sealant 5106 is a two-component polyurethane sealant capable of delivering strong results fast, particularly for sealing and stress-relieving applications that undergo substantial expansion and contraction. With a 1:1 mix ratio, this control joint sealant is self-leveling and bubble-free when dispensed, providing a clean and simple application. Upon application, this sealant has a 4-minute work-life, is tack-free in 30 minutes and fully cured in 24-hours at 72°F. 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Control Joint Sealant 5106 is formulated for low temperature flexibility that provides durability and resistance to cracking. This product is packaged in easy-to-use duo-paks, which can be mixed and dispensed easily with static mix nozzles and an EPX applicator (sold separately). Recommended Applications 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Control Joint Sealant 5106 can be used in many industries, such as building and construction, maintenance and repair and pool maintenance.
