Replace the O-Ring Gasket, Not the Entire Fluid Cup Designed for use with 600 mL or 1000 mL cups, the 3M™ O-Ring Gasket creates a tight seal between the fluid cup and the lid, and allows you to keep the most effective HVLP spray equipment on hand without replacing the entire cup. This replacement gasket is made from durable 70 durometer (Shore A) polyurethane. It is designed specifically to work with pressurized gravity feed cup fluid cups and lids, as well as 3M equipment including spray guns Series 10, 11 and 12s. The gasket helps keep fluid transfer clean and efficient from the cup, and helps maintain the correct pressure for effective paint and fluid delivery. Spray Equipment for Versatile, Reliable Fluid Application The 3M™ O-Ring Gasket works with pressurized gravity feed cups commonly used with 3M spray guns, featuring aluminum or composite bodies to deliver a broad range of atomized fluids with limited internal buildup. These spray guns incorporate needle tips, spray nozzles and air caps in a full range of sizes. Just by switching the tip, nozzle or air cap, you can fine-tune the gun to create mirror-smooth finishes or a broad range of “orange peel” and similar textures. These versatile guns also let you adjust spray patterns and fluid volume with a quick turn of the wrist, providing fan sizes as wide as 12” or as narrow as dime with very low overspray. Siphon and gravity feed 3M HVLP spray guns are available in bleed and non-bleed configurations, ideal for use with regulated compressed air or turbine-supplied air.
