Quickly-Replaceable Tips Add HS Capability to 3M™ Spray Guns Instead of spending on new spray guns for auto body paint jobs, just keep our 3M™ Gravity/HS Composite Tips on hand. These replaceable tips are built from composite acetal plastic material and the soft material prevents wear of the stainless steel nozzles. They are designed for low fluid buildup during gravity-fed paint and fluid delivery. Install the tip with the corresponding nozzle and air cap (sold separately) and spray a wide range of coatings, from base and clear coat to high-viscosity fluids such as sealants and undercoats. These composite tips are easily installed and replaced to save you time and hassle during collision repair operations. They are available in a diameters up to 2.0 mm for specific collision repair jobs. Note: Tips must be properly matched with the correct sizes and styles of fluid nozzles for proper paint application.
